ID - 429846 - Julio Santos (1933-2019, Portuguese/Australian), a stunning cobalt blue ovoid vase with dark internal feathered detail forming a ribbed appearance, signed to base 'J. Santos 1984'

Scuff to one side with rough texture; possibly a flaw or later issue

ID - 429847 - A Rare & Early Brian Hurst (Australian, b.1956) Glass Bowl, c.1982, with a sheer, rich layer of cobalt blue below a clear rim, with part impressed BH mark to pontil & signed 'B Hirst 82'

This piece was likely made when Hirst was a student at the Canberra School of Art, where he studied until 1986. It features, in part, his distinct HB stamp to the pontil, a defining feature of his later works. This is the earliest piece of Hirst's offered to market the Barn is aware of!
