Postage Information Guide (8/2024)
- The purpose of this guide is to provide our customers with updated information regarding the postage of purchases. Please see follows:
- After online payment has been made you must then click on the ‘request postage’ button. Once the request has been received our postal team will be alerted.
- The postage team will collect your purchases from the showroom floor, pack them and forward your quote.
- Purchases depending on quantity and size of goods may be packed in more than one box, depending on courier delivery may occur on different days.
- Postal quotes cannot be forwarded until packing has occurred due to the fragile nature and size of most purchases, packing material and time required to pack.
- We aim to post purchases within five business days of receipt of your postage request, providing postage has been paid.
Couriers:
Oversized and bulky purchases - we recommend that you contact a courier of your choice in order for your purchase to be collected from us by them.
If packaging is required by us for the courier to collect there will be a packing fee.
If you use a courier please ensure that you give them your Auction Barn invoice number. So they can provide us with this on collection day.

If you require postage please ensure that postage is requested immediately after the invoice has been paid.
If postage is not requested, items will be moved into Main Storage 48 hours following the auction and a storage fee will be applied in accordance with the storage list on your invoice
