Bazaar Collections was born after a life changing adventure to Morocco a few decades ago. It was here that I discovered my love of travel, decorative arts, antiquities, and tribal adornment. During this trip I spent two months exploring the old and dusty souks of Marrakech, Casablanca & Fes looking for old tribal pieces; Bedouin, Berber and Tuareg amulets; exotic beads; and unusual copper trinkets. Curated pieces in Bazaar Collections have been inspired by the sights and sounds of my journey across Morocco (and the globe) - camel trains across ancient mud cities and sandy deserts; shades of indigo, saffron and crimson; the call to prayer across the medina; fresh mint tea brewing in the souk; and sweet almond cake delights on the eve of Ramadan.
